Selected for its pure taste and bright green color. The tea plants are shaded before harvest to develop sweetness and umami, and the leaves are gently steamed and stone-ground into a fine powder. The result is a smooth, creamy matcha with natural sweetness, soft umami, and a lightly balanced bitterness, delicious to drink with water or in a latte with milk.

How to prepare:

Add 1 tsp matcha to a bowl. Pour in 60 ml of hot water and whisk until a fine foam forms. Pour into a cup and enjoy as is or with milk.
